Above is a link which shows the basic information about the famous photographer I chose, Annie Leibovitz. This photographer specialises in portrait photography and photography of the face. The face tells us a lot about the type of person someone truly is and this famous photographer’s ability to capture this is completely incredible. Leibovitz also takes photos of just a facial feature which defines a person or their current mood.

This image is a portrait of me, taken by Roger. Although I did not take this photo, I gave Roger specific instructions such as the angle to take the photo and how to take the photo to capture an emotion.

This photo was not a portrait, however it was heavily inspired by the famous photographer since she often takes photos of a facial feature. I decided to take a photo of Yejoo’s eyes looking somewhere far away in the distance to convey the emotion of ambition. By taking a close up photo of Yejoo’s eye, we are able to see the reflections in her eyes, enhancing the image overall.
