Term 2 Week 4 – Leading Lines

The multiple lines that can be seen in this image all lead to a common end. The vertical lines which were highlighted yellow were contrasting the black stripes on the orange. The vectors allude to something ominous since the shadows are colliding with the natural light of the sun, representing the idea of ‘every cloud has a silver lining. I give credits to Roger for this photo. We both thought of this idea of rotating an image to create many more vertical lines with the stairs.
The lines present in this image lead to many things. The 5 pointed star points to five different directions which leads the viewer’s eyes to the points. These vectors are especially effective when showing a bunch of stuff.

This shadow photo of me throwing my jacket in the air was taken on auto. I positioned myself so it looked like my shadow was against the drain.

Goals for 2019

  • To be better at photography (Quality 100 images)
  • Take photos with ease without shaking uncontrollably.
  • Learn to use Photoshop
  • Understand photography as an art and a life lesson for future years to come.
  • To uphold the Fortian spirit, maintaining my pride as an honourable fighter for my wonderful school also known as Fort Street.
